My heart is always in the garden. living on the east coast I am limited to just a few precious months per year when I can actually enjoy my flowers, what a treat when I had the sheer delight to visit San Diego and Southern California during our winter break. The San Diego Zoo not gave us not only the chance to see some wonderful animal exhibits but also some gorgeous flowers and plant life native to California and other habitats of these animals..this cactus was gorgeous
